- We help young musicians develop into independent artists.
- We work towards fair access to creative careers for all young people and therefore want to support young people that face barriers to a music industry career, due to specific vulnerabilities or life circumstances.

- Training in how to record and produce your own work
- Supported development programme for young people living in Dorset who are interested in a music industry career
